  • All appointments for injectables are IN PERSON. All appointments related to hormone replacement are VIRTUAL. Please ensure you have booked correctly. If unsure, please book a FREE consultation or FREE discovery call!

    We do not provide transgender hormone replacement therapy or related medical care. For assistance with transgender health services please consult a licensed health care provider who specializes in this area.

  • We have a 24-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure patients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any patient that ‘no-shows’ and/or cancels within 24 hours are subject to a $100 fee. All client’s that no-show without proper notification, will be required to call to bok and pay a deposit in order to secure their next apt.

  • We do not offer refunds on any services rendered both aesthetic and wellness.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

    Training: We do not offer refunds on training days unless mutually agreed upon between parties.
