Begin your BHRT journey with a detailed intake process. You’ll complete a health history form, a symptom questionnaire, and receive a personalized lab requisition. Your Nurse Practitioner will review your file to ensure it’s safe to proceed.

Bloodwork:
Please complete your bloodwork fasting, between 7 AM and 10 AM, at your earliest convenience.

$350 + GST | Virtual
Book this once your bloodwork has been completed and at least 2–3 weeks have passed. During this visit, your Nurse Practitioner will thoroughly review your history and lab results. If appropriate, a 3-month hormone therapy prescription will be provided, along with your next lab requisition.

$150 + GST | Virtual
Book this visit after your Initiation Visit and once any follow-up bloodwork has been completed 2–3 weeks in advance. Your NP will review your results and assess how you’re responding to treatment. Adjustments to your prescription will be made as needed.

$150 + GST | Virtual
This mid-point check-in includes a review of your progress and recent lab results (if required). Your NP will make any necessary adjustments and discuss ongoing care. Please complete any requested bloodwork at least 2–3 weeks prior.

$100 + GST | Virtual
Book this if your prescription has run out, your symptoms have changed, or you’d like additional support between scheduled follow-ups. Your NP will assess and adjust your treatment as needed.

$499 + GST | Virtual
For clients at the one-year mark of their BHRT plan. Your NP will review your current health, recent bloodwork (completed at least 2 weeks in advance), and provide a one-year prescription renewal and any updated lab requisitions.

$300 + GST | Virtual
If you’re currently receiving BHRT from another clinic and would like to transfer your care to ReBalance Medical, book this appointment. Please have all medical records, including notes, labs, and diagnostics, faxed to 1-888-270-1772 at least 1–2 weeks prior to your visit.

• Our services are not covered by provincial health plans, but may be eligible for reimbursement through a Health Spending Account (HSA) if you have one.

• Laboratory testing ordered as part of your BHRT care is typically covered by provincial health coverage.

• We do not offer saliva testing, as it is considered less accurate and reliable compared to serum (blood) testing.

• If additional lab work or diagnostic imaging is required in relation to your BHRT treatment, our Nurse Practitioner may order it directly. For unrelated concerns or broader diagnostic needs, we will refer you back to your family physician or primary care provider.
