+$50 charge for each additional injector
+Travel Fee of $100/hour for mileage/travel time

Please Note: Patients, products, supplies and medical director must be provided by the hosting clinic or practitioner. All staff participating must show proof of formal injectables training, provincial licensure, and liability insurance.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Before participating in any training session with Malorie Peters, the following requirements must be met:
• Completed Training: Proof of completion of a Basic and/or Advanced Injectable Course from a Canadian-accredited program
• Medical Oversight: A Medical Director is required for all on-site training sessions. Temporary Medical Director agreements are available for Registered Nurses upon request. LPNs must have physician director.
• Insurance: Valid Professional Liability and Business Insurance coverage
• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session
